Ken Fletcher
Ken is an award-winning asset management expert with decades of experience guiding large-scale facilities and site infrastructure programs. He spent much of his career at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory before consulting for organizations such as The Presidio Trust. His deep institutional knowledge has shaped AI LoomIQ’s capabilities for both private and government facilities asset management use cases, ensuring the platform solves real-world challenges.
Ken was the founder and chaired the International Facilities Management IBM-MAXIMO User Group (FMMUG). Served as a member of the DOE-EFCOG Work Planning and Control and Maintenance Working Groups, the VFA Advisory Board, and the DOE Laboratory Operations Board Infrastructure Assessment Subgroup.
